Approved MINUTES OF THE AD HOC LABOR COMMITTEE VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS NOVEMBER 10, 2015 Chairman Scolaro called the Ad Hoc Labor Committee to order at 7:36AM in the General Government Conference Room of the Village Hall. Present: Chairman Scolaro, Trustee Buehler, and Trustee Heller. Also present: Village Manager Rich Nahrstadt, CFO/Deputy Village Manager Jeff Rowitz, Village Labor Attorney Jim Baird; Fire Chief Jose Torres, Deputy Fire Chief Tim Smeltzer, Village Clerk/Administrative Services Manager Debbie Ford, Human Resources Director Greg Van Dahm, and Assistant to the Village Call to Order Hear from the Audience None Executive Session Trustee Scolaro asked for a vote to go into executive session to discuss personnel/collective bargaining. Motion made by Trustee Buehler, seconded by Trustee Heller to go into Executive Session for the purpose of collective bargaining and personnel. On voice vote, all were in favor. Following conclusion of the Executive Session, Trustee Buehler moved, seconded by Trustee Heller to go out of executive session. On voice vote, all were in favor. ADJOURN Following conclusion of the Executive Session, no further business was conducted. Trustee Buehler moved, seconded by Trustee Heller to adjourn the meeting. On voice vote, all were in favor.
