27 Chairman Pro Tem Town called the meeting to order in the Development and Planning Services
28 Conference Room of Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane, at 5:35 PM. A quorum was present.

31 There were no comments from the public.

33 Continued Discussion of 1921 Raymond (Permit #12-G-002) – Fines for Unpermitted Occupancy

35 The Commission came to a determination of a reasonable fine to impose for a business that occupied an
36 industrial space prior to receiving the necessary inspections or occupancy permit.

38 Briefing on Issues Associated with 8 Hickory Lane Construction

40 2012 IRC – Window Wells & Residential Elevators
41 They also discussed the 2012 building code requirements for window wells and residential elevators.

43 New Single Family Elevations
44 The Commission considered three new single family home elevations. Member Katz motioned,
45 seconded by Member Menn, to approve the following elevations:
1 o 1503 Cedar Lane
2 o 3460 Tamarind
3 o 1300 Wendy
4 On a voice vote, the motion carried.

13 There being no further business, Member Menn moved, seconded by Member Katz, to adjourn the
14 meeting. On a voice vote, the motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 PM.
