Call to Order 20 Alan Schwall called the meeting to order in the Terrace Room of Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane, at 5:35 p.m. A 21 quorum was present. 22 23 2. Roll Call 24 25 3. Public Comments Not on the Agenda 26 There were no comments from the public. 27 28 4. Review of Minutes 29 David Menn moved, seconded by Robert Katz, to approve the January 9, 2013 Architectural Control Commission 30 (ACC) meeting minutes without corrections. On a voice vote, the motion was unanimously carried. 31 32 5. Scheduling a Meeting to Review Compiled Code Amendments 33 The compiled code amendments will be reviewed at the next ACC meeting in March unless there are other 34 matters on the agenda. 35 36 6. New Single Family Homes Elevations 37 a. 475 Helen Drive (R-3 District) – McGee Architects 38 Robert Katz moved, seconded by David Menn, to approve the elevation. On a voice vote, the motion 39 was unanimously carried. 40 b. 1244 Church Street (R-5 District) – Z. Wozny – Architect 41 There were a few concerns on the blank walls facing the street. The staff was asked to contact the 42 architect and suggest that a window be added on the side of the garage to break up the monotony. 43 44 45 Page 2 Minutes of the February 13, 2014 Architectural Control Commission Meeting 1 10. New Business 2 The ACC discussed how minor revisions to plans were approved. 3 4 11. Old Business 5 There was not any Old Business. 6 7 11. Adjournment 8 9 There being no further business, Commissioner David Menn moved, seconded by Robert Katz, to adjourn the 10 meeting.
