The tent will have detachable full walls with a zipper in the front so it can be closed up at night for AITP. She will also order a bag for storage which is not currently included in the quote she has obtained. Commissioner Fischer had a question of where the logo is placed on the tent. Chairman Miller and the commissioners discussed placement of the logo on the tent and it was decided to have two sides with the logo on the valance and the front and back would have the logo on the top of the tent so it could be seen from a distance. Chairman Miller will also make sure the valance logos are on the opposite sides from the tent company logo. The tent cost is $1,344.00 and approximately $59.00 for a storage bag brings our total to: $1,400.00 plus Storage and Handling. It is estimated to be $1,500.00 or less.
