Community Relations Commission: Youth Forum Subcommittee
October 23, 2013
Terrace Room, Northbrook Village Hall, 6:30pm
The meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. in the Terrace Room at the Village Hall by Community
Relations Commission chair Ray Wehr.
Welcome:
Chair Wehr welcomed everyone to the meeting. Those in attendance went around the room to provide
introductions.

Updates:
Website Rollout
- Hand off design/development to outside vendor
- Comments from SAB meeting were reviewed; much positive feedback, insight, support and
willingness to assist was expressed by GBN students
- Rollout at Clergy Association Luncheon – 12/4?
- Will follow up with GBN about rollout at future sporting events, junior high night at GBN
Other Thoughts
The next subcommittee meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, November 21 at 6:00pm
in the Terrace Room at Village Hall.
