Community Relations Commission ‐ Welcome to Northbrook Sub‐Committee Meeting Minutes for 1/9/14 Northbrook Public Library Meeting called to order at about 7:10 P.M. In attendance were Sue, Chris, Nancy and Scott. Assignments are as follows: Scott will: work on setup and close, find Civic contact for Nancy, ask Bruce to serve as school rep for event, ask Jason about use of resource guide and who can be Village rep. and work with Dale on media. Nancy will make contact with about 10 entities and invite them to WTN event. Chris will help with setup and will invite police and fire and Clergy Association. Susan will be asked to help with several tasks, including set up and creating a list of CRC activities to hand out. It was determined that a request will be made of the CRC for $100.00 to cover any expenses for the event.
