Overview of specifics of program format and content: Rochelle and Crystal 26  Will be dedicated to Ernie Banks 27  Photo(s) of Ernie Banks will be hung from the ceiling in the gym 28  Handout program will include statement of dedication to Ernie Banks 29 30 12:30 -1:15 - Food service; ABC Room 31 1:15: Gym - Rochelle - Welcome; Pledge; National Anthem 32 Intros.; speakers 33 1:30: Moderator - Crystal - Media Presentation: Ernie Banks; Jackie Robinson; 34 Black baseball players; Q & A 35 2:30: Official end of program 36 Possible: Group photos with team members; area to be set up in gym 37 38 2. Questions for the team: Additional questions can be sent to Rochelle. 39 A card table with note cards will be set up for additional questions the day of the 40 event. 41 42 3. Food Service: 50  11:20: food delivery from Sunset; Ron to stay wrap and serve 51  6 volunteers will help wrap/serve; will arrive 11 a.m. 52  Cookies & napkins will be brought in (Costco) 53  Tickets will be issued as people enter the Y to help facilitate the serving 54  Two CRC volunteers will greet people and hand out tickets. 55 56 5. “Hosting” for the team 57  JRW pickup: 11 a.m. Est. arrival noon - 12:15 58  Three or four Committee members will greet the team upon arrival and show 59 them to the hospitality room, etc. 60  .Name tags will be given to the team members and committee members 61 62 Hospitality room: 63  Y providing pizzas and drinks 64  Women from the New Life Family Church in Waukegan will bring treats 65 66 6. Review plan for facility and required items 67  Parking lot volunteers: Ron will arrange for 3 volunteers seniors 68  Busses will park in the circular drive 69  Volunteers will be recruited to help set up chair in the gym 70  Bob Lozaro will coordinate with Frank Lianardi to pick up chairs loaned by St. 71 Norbert’s Parish 72  Set up for screens, computer for video; sound system, microphones, etc. 73 discussed 74  front benches will be taped off and reserved for the team 75 76 7.
