Recap of February 21 event: 24 25 The committee was pleased with the outcome of the event. 26 27  At least 300 people were in attendance. 28  There was enough food and the mood was upbeat. 29  The program format and substance was excellent with special kudos to our 30 moderator, Crystal. 31  The audience gave the JRW team a standing ovation upon their entrance to the 32 gym. 33  The audience was attentive and the children from the audience were very 34 enthusiastic and pleased with their participation. 35  The JRW team (9 team members) participated with enthusiasm and humor. 36  The team and the parents were delighted with the hospitality room and very 37 accommodating with respect to the program format, picture taking and autograph 38 signing. 39  The police and fire department participants were helpful, friendly and maintained 40 the pleasant ambiance. 41  The news media were present and appropriate and the press releases following the 42 event were very positive. Our event was featured on the Ch. 5 news at 5 and 10 43 p.m. the same day.
