1 Minutes of a Meeting of the 2 Northbrook Community Relations Commission 3 Interfaith Sunday Subcommittee 4 Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Northbrook Village Hall 5 6 Present: Chair Chris Kosla, and subcommittee members Dr. Rochelle Singer; Ron Mantegna, 7 Mary Hanson and Alice Lonoff. Village Representative: None. 8 Absent: Bob Lozaro. Guests: None. 9 Call to Order / Purpose of Meeting. Chairman Kosla called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. The 10 purpose of the meeting was to work through final preparations for the April 19th Interfaith Sunday. 11 Chairman Kosla had available all of the t-shirts for the event, and provided us with paper shopping 12 bags for each participating House of Worship. We placed the t-shirts (in the requested sizes) in each 13 bag that the respective Houses of Worship requested, together with a sign-in sheet, two self-inking 14 stamps, and 10 Passports. 15 We each took 2-3 bags to deliver prior to April 19th, in accordance with the time-frames requested 16 by the respective Houses of Worship. 17 We briefly reviewed the plans for Sunday, April 19th, and the food being delivered to Village Hall 18 for the gathering at 4:00 pm. 19 We agreed that it would make sense to meet after the event to review how things went, and to make 20 suggestions for the future. 21 The meeting concluded at 8:10 p.m. 22 Respectfully submitted, 23 Alice Lonoff
