16 Call to Order & Introductions
17 Chairman Cyphers called the meeting to order in the Terrace Room of Village Hall at 7:04 p.m.

22 Review of July 30, 2013 Meeting
23 Member Elisco moved, Member Elfant seconded, to approve the July 30, 2013, minutes as
24 submitted. On voice vote, the minutes were unanimously approved.

26 Presentation & Discussion of Proposed Form-Based Regulations for Downtown
27 Leslie Oberholtzer, Farr Associates, walked the Committee through a draft of the proposed form
28 based code.

30 Schedule and Next Steps
31 Staff will take the draft regulations and do some case studies by applying the regulations to a
32 couple of properties in the downtown and see how they work. At the next meeting, a revised
33 form based code will be presented to the Committee.
