Consider a Resolution Recommending Approval of an Amended Application by Waterway Gas & Wash Company as Potential Lessee of the Property Commonly Known as 2370 Waukegan Road, for the Purposes Of: (A) an Amendment to Ordinance No.11-03 Approving a Special Permit and Site Plan for More Than One Principal Structure on the Subject Property; (B) Special Permits for a Gas Station (5541.00) and a Car Wash (7542.00); and (C) Approval of Any Other Zoning and Subdivision Relief as May be Necessary. B. DOCKET NO. 14-04: 1312-1318 Shermer Road - Consideration of a Resolution Recommending Approval of an Application Filed by Village Green Business Center, LLC (The “Applicant”) as Owner of a Property Located at 1310-1348 Shermer Road (The “Subject Property”), for the Purpose Of: A. Consolidation of Multiple Parcels into One Lot of Record; B. MEMO NO.(ID # 2714) DOCKET NO. 14-08: Village of Northbrook - Zoning Code Text Amendments Regarding Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Cultivation and Dispensary Facilities: (Fourth Public Hearing) This is an Application by the President and Board of Trustees to Consider Amending Various Sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code Concerning the Definitions, Standards and Procedures for Authorizing Such Facilities in the Village. 7. REVIEW OF NEW APPLICATIONS A. Docket No. 14-07: 1131 Techny - Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago (First Public Hearing) an Application by J.F. McKinney & Associates on Behalf of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (The “Applicant”) as Contractual Lessee of the Property Commonly Known as 1131 Techny Road Located on Techny Parcel EC-2D (The “Subject Property”) Located on the South Side of Techny Road Just West of Founders Drive, for the Purposes Of: A. Special Permit Approval to Allow a Medical Facility in the O- 4/Techny Overlay District; B. a Text Amendment to Allow an Off-Premise Identification Sign in the C- 5/Techny Overlay District by Special Permit; C. Special Permit Approval to Allow an Off-Premise Identification Sign on the Property at 1250 Techny Road Located on the Northwest Corner of Waukegan Road and Founders Drive and in the O-3/Techny Overlay District; D.
