DOCKET NO. 14-08: Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Cultivation and Dispensary Facilities - Consideration of a Resolution Recommending Approval of an Application by the President and Board of Trustees to Consider Amending Various Sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code Concerning the Definitions, Standards and Procedures for Authorizing Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Cultivation and Dispensary Facilities in the Village. B. Docket No. 14-07: 1131 Techny - Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago - Considering a Resolution Recommending Approval of an Application by J.F. McKinney & Associates on Behalf of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (The “Applicant”) as Contractual Lessee of the Property Commonly Known as 1131 Techny Road Located on Techny Parcel EC-2D (The “Subject Property”) Located on the South Side of Techny Road Just West of Founders Drive, for the Purposes Of: A.
