Consideration of a draft resolution application RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an application by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook to consider amending various sections of Article XI, Zoning Administration and Enforcement and related sections of the Zoning Code concerning the authority of the Board of Trustees to review and authorize various forms of zoning relief, including but not limited to special permits, variations, exceptions and other land use restrictions and zoning relief not otherwise authorized in the Zoning Code. 6.
