COMMUNITY PLANNING REPORT 4. HEAR FROM THE AUDIENCE 5. REVIEW OF DRAFT RESOLUTIONS 1. DOCKET NO. PCD-15-23: BERNARD WEINGER JCC - 300 REVERE DRIVE. (The public hearing is closed.)Consideration of a Resolution Recommending Approval of an application filed by JFMC Facilities Corporation as owner of a property located at 300 Revere Drive, for the purpose of: A) Amendment to Ordinance No.1994-50: Granting Special Permits for a Membership Sports and Recreation Club, Child Day Care Center, and Landbanked Parking, Site Plan Approval, and Approval of Various Restrictive Covenant Amendments at 300 Revere Drive; B) Amendment to Ordinance No. 2000-44: Granting Special Permits for a Planned Development, Elementary and Secondary School, Social Services, Individual and Family Social Services, Job Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Services, and Child Day Care Services at 255 and 300 Revere Drive; C) Variation to reduce the required rear yard of the IB Institutional Building District from 20’ to 10’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; D) Amendment to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Restrictive Covenant as amended to allow the addition of a 13,500 square foot fitness facility to the property located at 255-300 Revere Drive. E) Site Plan Approval; and F) Approval of such other zoning and subdivision relief as may be necessary. 6. REVIEW OF NEW APPLICATIONS 1. DOCKET NO. PCD-15-28: 2801 DUNDEE ROAD – CHASE BANK. (First public hearing) Application by JP Morgan Chase Bank, N. A. as owner of the property at 2801 Dundee Road for the purposes of: (A) An amendment to Ordinance No. 95-56, An Ordinance Granting a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for a Drive-Through Banking Facility at 2801 Dundee Road; (B) A variation to reduce the required front yard from 25’-0” to 7’-6” to accommodate the proposed Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) right-of-way taking; and (C) Approval of any such other relief as may be necessary. 2. DOCKET NO. PCD-15-30: 798 SKOKIE BOULEVARD – ROTI WALL SIGN. (First public hearing) An application by Roti Modern Mediterranean as lessee of a space on the property at 798 Skokie Boulevard for the purposes of: (A) Special permit approval to allow a wall sign in excess of 20 feet in height the tops of which signs are no more than 24’-10” above grade; and (B) Approval of any such other zoning relief as may be necessary.
