COMMUNITY PLANNING REPORT 4. HEAR FROM THE AUDIENCE 5. CONTINUED REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS A. DOCKET NO. 15-19: 1179-1275 SHERMER ROAD - JACOBS HOMES TOWNHOMES (Fourth Public Hearing): An AMENDED application submitted by Jacobs Companies, LLC, as the contract purchaser or interested contract purchaser of ten properties located at 1179 through 1275 Shermer Road, for the purpose of authorizing the following: (A) A series of text amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code to create a new high density multiple-family zoning district to accommodate the development proposed; (B) Rezoning the Subject Property from the C-1 Special Commercial District to the proposed high density multiple-family zoning district: (C) Special permit for a 72-unit townhome planned development and concept plan approval for said planned development; (D) Tentative subdivision plat approval; (E) Variation of the Subdivision and Development Code to allow private shared driveways; Plan Commission Page 1 Printed 5/1/2016 Plan Commission Minutes January 19, 2016 and (F) Approval of such other subdivision and zoning relief as may be necessary to accommodate the proposed development. 6.
