COMMUNITY PLANNING REPORT 4. HEAR FROM THE AUDIENCE 5. OLD BUSINESS 6. REVIEW OF NEW APPLICATIONS A. PCD-15-02: 2990 DUNDEE ROAD. (First Public Hearing). Application by William Apostolakis as operator of a business on the property commonly known as 2990 Dundee Road which is owned by Chicago Title Land Trust Company as Trustee u/t/a dated 5/12/11 a/k/a Trust No. 8002357181 for the purpose of: A) A series of text amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code pertaining to the requirements and standards for the O-5 Restricted Office District located in in Article VI , Appendix B, and any other articles of the Zoning Code, as may be necessary. The text amendments to the O-5 District regulations include, but are not limited to: (1) revisions to the purpose statement; (2) allowing additional commercial and office uses by special permit; (3) allowing exterior lighting in required yards; (4) allowing signs no larger than 50 square feet in sign area and to be illuminated; (5) allowing Plan Commission Page 1 Printed 2/16/2017 Plan Commission Minutes May 17, 2016 businesses to be opened until 9:00 p.m; (6) allowing more than one business to operate on a property; and (6) increasing the permitted maximum lot coverage from 50% to 85%. B) Special permit approval to allow the construction and operation of a single story multi-tenant office building to be utilized by any of the uses allowed by special permit approval in Article 6-102 of the Zoning Code, as requested to be amended above; C) Site Plan Approval; and D) Approval of such other zoning and subdivision relief as may be necessary. 7.
