NEW BUSINESS
CONNPAC will be seeking to conduct Accreditation Manager Training in an
upcoming meeting. Training within a meeting may serve to better foster informal
discussion.
POST Standards Update: Draft changes were suggested and forwarded to POST
for the State Accreditation program. The updates have not been issued as yet.
The changes were mostly technical to adjust for redundant standards as well as
to adjust the Tiers for various standards. No significant changes were made to
the content of the standards themselves.
CALEA SIRC: Lt. Daly advised that at the last SIRC meeting, several changes
were planned. The final report would be adjusted and the summary would not

Discussion took place regarding 2 versus 3 person assessment teams as well as
the logistical issues involved.
