Meeting Called to order at 10:05am by Chief Palmer
Secretary’s Report: Minutes accepted as submitted
Treasurer Report: $3542.75 Balance.

CORRESPONDENCE
CPCA Hotline article prepared by Chief Palmer appearing in June issue.
Article submitted by Judicial Marshal Service appeared in June issue of CALEA
Update, as well as several Connecticut Agencies highlighted in the issue.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Berlin PD named a Flagship agency by CALEA.
CSP and Glastonbury received Certificates of Meritorious Accreditation from
CALEA.
Avon, Enfield and Coventry had their CALEA on-sites in April.
Madison PD became candidate agency according to CALEA website. Chief
Palmer will reach out to them.
Monroe PD expected 4th Tier II Assessment in mid-September
Lt Daly announced that she has been transferred to Auto Theft Unit, and
introduced Sgt Clayton Brown as the new Accreditation Manager for CSP.

NEW BUSINESS
CALEA training for new assessors and team leaders is suspended until strategic
planning process is complete.
CALEA requiring Assessor Conflict of Interest Forms
PAC Website – Approved evaluating hiring a programmer to update PAC website
including policies from agencies to be posted in password protected area for use
by PAC membership.
Discussed Social Networking policies.
Planning Accreditation Manager training for the fall.
Meeting Schedule
August 5, October 7, and December 2nd. All meetings currently scheduled
for 10:00am at Department of Public Safety (CSP – HQ) in Middletown,
Room 348.
