Minutes of Special Meeting The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk was held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Place: Central Office 24 1/2 Monroe Street Norwalk, CT 06854 PRESENT: Cesar Ramirez, Chairman Jeffrey Ingraham, Vice Chairman Bernadine Tatem, Treasurer Larry Katz, Commissioner Beverly Krieger, Commissioner ATTENDING: Curtis O. Law, Executive Director, Secretary Candace E. Mayer, Deputy Director Thomas F. Hickey, Director of Finance Donna Lattarulo, Legal Counsel Greg Lickwola, Construction Manager Frank Edwards, Trinity Financial The meeting opened at 5:07. Commissioner Ramirez left the meeting at 5:50. 12-21 Commissioner Tatum moved to approve: a. Amendment to Option to Purchase Agreement by and between Norwalk Housing Authority for properties identified as 13 Day Street and 20 Day Street Norwalk CT and subject to final language by legal counsel. b. Approval of Washington Village Redevelopment Plan. c. License by and between the Norwalk Housing Authority and the City of Norwalk Parking Authority subject to final language by legal counsel. d. Approval of the Stull and Lee Contract for housing construction in the amount of $876,550 and subject to final language by legal counsel. Commissioner Katz seconded the motion. ACTION AYES ABSTENTIONS Commissioner Katz Commissioner Tatem Commissioner Ingraham 12-22 Commissioner Tatem moved to adjourn the Special Meeting. Commissioner Katz seconded the motion.
