Power Authority Committee 02/11/09 Minutes (Draft) CITY OF NORWALK PUBLIC POWER AUTHORITY COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 2009 ATTENDANCE: Kelly Straniti, Chair; Michael Geake STAFF: Ossie Lewis, Manager of Budgets & Systems OTHERS: Diane Cece; Mary Geake CALL TO ORDER Ms. Straniti opened the meeting at 7:35 p.m. and noted that there was not a quorum present; therefore no votes could be taken APPROVAL MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JANUARY 21, 2009 There was no action taken. RECEIVE FINAL PUBLIC POWER STUDY REPORT Mr. Geake recommended that this Committee be disbanded and that Ms. Straniti transmit that recommendation to the Land Use and Building Management Committee. Ms. Straniti accepted Mr. Geake’s recommendation Ms. Straniti thanked the Committee. She said that this was a very good project, although it is not feasible at this time. TAKE ACTION AS APPROPRIATE ON ANY AGENDA ITEMS There was no other action taken.
