CITY OF NORWALK SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE March 21, 2017 PRESENT: George Tsiranides, Chair; Steven Ferguson; Frances DiMeglio; Walter McLaughlin; William Dunne; David Davidson STAFF: Steve Kleppin; Frank Strauch Ms. DiMeglio called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. I. SUBDIVISIONS a) Subdivision # Subdivision #3643 – Frances DiMeglio – 56 County Street – 90 Day extension request to file subdivision map Before the discussion, Ms. DiMeglio noted that there was a discrepancy in the memo and then stepped out of the room. Mr. Strauch began the presentation by explaining that the applicant can ask for an extension of 90 days in order to file the map. He explained what had to happen to the house and the plot.
