CITY OF NORWALK SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE April 18, 2017 PRESENT: Steven Ferguson, Chair; Frances DiMeglio; Walter McLaughlin; David Davidson; Nora King; Bill Dunne (arrived a few minutes late) STAFF: Steve Kleppin; Frank Strauch Walter McLaughlin called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. I. SUBDIVISIONS a) Subdivision #3611 – William English, Properties, LLC – 8 Charcoal Road – Request to have maintenance bond returned Mr. Strauch began the presentation by explaining that all required improvements have been properly maintained.
