CITY OF NORWALK SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE September 19, 2017 PRESENT: David Davidson; Brian Baxendale; Steven Ferguson; Fran DiMeglio; Michael Mushak; George Tsiranides; Nora King STAFF: Steve Kleppin; Mike Wrinn OTHERS: Joel Zaremby Ms. DiMeglio called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. She welcomed a new commissioner, Michael Mushak. Plaques were presented to the following former Planning Commissioner: a) Joel Zaremby, who had been a member for 8 years. Other commissioners, who were not available to be at the meeting but woud receive plaques, were: b) Torgny Astrom c) Victor Cavallo d) William Dunne e) Walter McLaughlin At 7:05 the meeting moved into the Land Use Committee and then the commissioners returned to the meeting at 8:17 p.m. I. SUBDIVISIONS f) Subdivision #3647 – Two St. James Place, LLC – Westmere Avenue – 2 Lots – Final review prior to public hearing Atty Al Vasco said the applicant had all signoffs. Ms. King explained that she received a phone call from a concerned Rowayton neighbor about this property. She was concerned about the passway. The developer explained that it would remain attached.
