Assuming that the Village can find a revenue source to sustain the pool, tennis, and banquet facilities over the long-term, should they strive to keep those facilities open once a major capital investment is needed? 2. If so, how should the capital expenses of preserving the pool, tennis, and banquet facilities be funded? 6.
