Call To Order Village President Abu-Taleb called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: Trustee Andrews, Trustee Taglia, Trustee Tucker, and President Abu-Taleb. Absent: Trustee Button 3. Public Comment There was none. 4. Agenda Approval Trustee Andrews motioned to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee from October 22, 2018 and October 25, 2018. The motion was seconded by Trustee Tucker. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. 5. Approval of Minutes A. MOT 18-412 Minutes from the October 22, 2018 and October 25 Meeting of the Finance Committee. 6. Adjournment Trustee Tucker motioned to adjourn. Trustee Andrews seconded the motion.
