Call To Order Village President Abu-Taleb called the meeting to order at 6:12 P.M. 2. Roll Call Present, members of the Personnel Committee: Trustee Andrews, Trustee Button, Trustee Taglia, and President Abu-Taleb Absent: none Also present: Trustee Button, Trustee Moroney, and Village Clerk Scaman 3. Public Comment none 4. Approval of Minutes This was approved. MOT 18-288 Motion to Approve Minutes from the January 8, 2018 Personnel Committee Meeting. It was moved by Trustee Button and seconded by Trustee Andrews to approve the minutes from the January 8, 2018 meeting of the Personnel Committee. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. 5. Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Discuss Personnel It was moved by Trustee Andrews and seconded by Trustee Button to enter into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - approval of executive session minutes; and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - discussion of compensation or performance of specific employees of the public body. The motion was approved.
