Roll Call Present, members of the Personnel Committee: Trustee Andrews, Trustee Button, Trustee Taglia, and President Abu-Taleb Absent: none Also Present: Village Clerk Scaman 3. Public Comment none 4. Minutes A. ID 18-831 Minutes from the February 12, 2018 Meeting of the Personnel Committee It was moved by Trustee Taglia and seconded by Trustee Andrews to approve the minutes from February 12, 2018 meeting of the Personnel Committee. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. 5. Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Discuss Personnel It was moved by Trustee Andrews and seconded by Trustee Button to enter into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - approval of executive session minutes; and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - discussion of compensation or performance of specific employees of the public body. The motion was approved.
