Call to Order Village President Abu-Taleb called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M. II. Roll Call Present: 6- Village Trustee Taglia, Village President Abu-Taleb, Village Trustee Tucker, Village Trustee Moroney, Village Trustee Boutet, and Village Trustee Andrews Absent: 1- Village Trustee Button III. Agenda Approval It was moved by Village Trustee Tucker, seconded by Village Trustee Andrews, to approve the Agenda. A voice vote was taken and the motion was approved. IV. Public Comment Chris Donovan. Mr. Donovan reiterated his support for the Active Transportation Alliance initiative to create bicycle routes along less-stressed streets. He opposes bike lanes on Madison Street. V. Consideration of Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Discuss Personnel and Setting the Price for the Purchase or Sale of Real Property It was moved by Village Trustee Moroney, seconded by Village Trustee Andrews, to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) - approval of executive session minutes; 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) - purchase of lease of property for use by the Village; 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6) - setting a price for sale or lease of property owned by the Village and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - discussion related to the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. The motion was approved. The roll call on the vote was as follows: AYES: 6- Village Trustee Taglia, Village President Abu-Taleb, Village Trustee Tucker, Village Trustee Moroney, Village Trustee Boutet, and Village Trustee Andrews NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1- Village Trustee Button VII.
