CASE NO. BOAB-2022-00001. The appeal of Steven Stefanick (Superintendent, Harding
Independence Charter School) from a decision of the Code Official for noncompliance with
Chapter 4, Section 423.4(supplement) of the International Building Code 2015, as adopted by
Oklahoma City pertaining to required storm shelters for 3232 NW 65TH STREET.
