decision of the Code Official for noncompliance with Chapter 11, Section 1107.5.3 of the
International Building Code 2015, as adopted by Oklahoma City pertaining to the requirement
for accessible showers in sleeping units for 4300 W. MEMORIAL RD. (Exhibit C)
