on the 10th floor of 420 W. Main Street.

CASE NO. BOAB-2024-00003. The appeal of Chris Leavell (Chicks & Ducks, LLC) from a
decision of the Code Official for noncompliance with Chapters 5 and 7, Sections 507 and 706.1,
with supplement, of the International Building Code 2018, and with Section 1011.5 of the 2018
IEBC, as adopted by Oklahoma City pertaining to the requirement for a 1 HR rated Fire Wall to
be located and used as a party wall in an existing structure between two tenants under change
of use, and provided for 800 SW 44TH STREET. (Exhibit A)
