NOTICE OF APPEAL
1. The undersigned, applicant for a permit to erect, use, and remodel Taft Middle School on Lot(s)
000 Block 000 in Unplatted PT Section 24-12N-4W Addition to the City of Oklahoma City,
being (address) 2901 NW. 23RD STREET , respectfully requests that a determination by made by the
Board of Appeals on the following decision or order of the Code Official.
NOTE: Fill in Paragraphs 2 or 3, whichever is applicable. Do not fill in more than one of these
paragraphs. Additional information may be supplied by reference on separate sheets and attached
hereto if the space provided is inadequate.
2. APPEAL FOR VARIANCE FROM PROVISION OF BUILDING CODE. As grounds for thisappeal, it is
alleged that a variance should be granted from the application of:
Chapter(s) 11 , Section(s) 1106 , of the International Existing Building
Code 2018 for the following reasons:
Refer to the Attached Description with references made to 2018 IEBC 1106.1 and its intent.
3. APPEAL FROM DECISION OR ORDER OF THE CODE OFFICIAL. As grounds for the appeal, it is
alleged an error was made in the interpretation and/or enforcement of the following provision(s):

interpretation and/or enforcement of the Building Code in that said Section(s) should be interpreted as
