NEW BUSINESS – SPECIAL REQUEST BY OKCPS BOARD MEMBERS TO HEAR ADDITIONAL PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE 2018 IBC SECTIONS 423 AND 1109.16, AS WELL AS THE 2018 IEBC SECTIONS 305, 1011.8, AND 1106.1 AS IT PERTAINS TO: STORM SHELTERS REQUIRED FOR EDUCATIONAL USE FACILITIES; AND ADULT CHANGING STATIONS. – OPEN FORUM IV.
