Main Street, 10th Floor, Main Conference Room (3:00 P. M.) I. ROLL CALL II. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE, DENY, OR AMEND THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 1, 2023 SPECIAL MEETING. III. NEW BUSINESS – A. DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR DENY NEWLY PROPOSED AMENDMENTS PRESENTED BY OKCPS BOARD MEMBERS REGARDING SECTION 423 OF THE 2018 IBC AS IT RELATES TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF E-USE STORM SHELTERS. B. DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR DENY NEWLY PROPOSED AMENDMENTS PRESENTED BY OKCPS BOARD MEMBERS REGARDING SECTIONS 1108 OF THE 2018 IEBC AS IT RELATES TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF E-USE STORM SHELTERS IN EXISTING STRUCTURES. C. DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR DENY NEWLY PROPOSED AMENDMENTS PRESENTED BY THE CITY OF OKLAHOMA CITY STAFF REGARDING CHAPTERS 3 AND 5 OF THE 2018 IEBC AS IT RELATES TO ADULT CHANGING STATION REQUIREMENTS IN EXISTING STRUCTURES.
