The Planning Department will give primary consideration to the choice of auxiliary aid or service requested by the individual with disability.  Meeting Information The City of Oklahoma City Citizens’ Committee for Community Development (CCCD) meeting scheduled on April 22, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. will be held at 420 W. Main Street, 10th Floor Conference Room. The City encourages participation in the public meeting from the residents of Oklahoma City. Prior to the meeting • Visit okc.gov/agenda to view the agenda and see the items to be considered. • To sign up to speak on an agenda item call (405) 297-1707. Include your name, address, phone number, agenda item and the reason you wish to speak (protest, representing applicant, request continuance, i.e.). • Please submit your request to be heard before 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Addressing the Committee Citizens may address the Committee on certain items by signing up to speak and providing the agenda item number, their reason for appearing, and their address, but all comments must be relevant to the item. Committee Actions Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. The Committee may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely.
