Assistant Municipal Counselor It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. The Committee may dispose of business on the agenda by adopting, denying, or continuing resolutions, ordinances, contracts and claims against the City. Other actions may also be taken. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Committee may refer the matter to the City Manager or the Municipal Counselor for additional study. B. To de-annex from the City of Oklahoma City corporate limits, pursuant to 11 O.S § 21-110, Section Twenty-Seven, Township Twelve North, Range Five West. I. Call to Order II.
