Receive list of potential committee members provided by the Chairman and select one to be recommended to City Council for appointment to the Committee. B. Resolution of the Core to Shore Reinvestment Area Review Committee recommending approval of the proposed amendments to the Core to Shore Reinvestment Area Project Plan dated February 23, 2016, and approval of the First Amended and Restated Core to Shore Reinvestment Area Project Plan. C. Resolution of the Core to Shore Reinvestment Area Review Committee recommending approval of an allocation not to exceed $21.5 million from Increment District No. G’s assistance in development financing budget category in the First Amended and Restated Core to Shore Reinvestment Area Project Plan (“First Amended Project Plan”), in support of the Boulevard Place Project located on the southwest corner of the Oklahoma City Boulevard and E.K. Gaylord Boulevard, which project consists of the construction of an eight story high­rise mixed­use building with 265 apartments, retail space, amenity spaces and connection to a parking garage at an approximate cost of $82,800,000; with said recommendation being contingent upon City Council’s approval and adoption of the First Amended Project Plan; and should the First Amended Project Plan be approved and adopted by the City Council and should the allocation of $21.5 million from TIF G be approved by the City Council and the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, the August 17, 2021 allocation of $5,743,571 from TIF 13 should be rescinded.
