A. Resolution of the Downtown/MAPS Increment District Review Committee
recommending to the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust that the
proposed Minor Amendment to the Amended and Restated Downtown/MAPS
Economic Development Project Plan, March 2023 (“Project Plan”) be approved for
the following: (1) amending the estimated Project Costs for certain budget
categories for Tax Increment District No. 2, City of Oklahoma City (“TIF 2”)
without changing the total amount of estimated Project Costs; and (2) amending the
estimated Project Costs for certain budget categories for Tax Increment District No.
8, City of Oklahoma City (“TIF 8”) without changing the total amount of estimated
Project Costs.
B. Resolution of the Downtown/MAPS Increment District Review Committee
recommending approval of an allocation to the City of Oklahoma City in the amount
of $20,000,000 from TIF 2 Increment Fund’s Other Public Development Costs (City
only) budget category, for Project Costs associated with the City’s new Maps 4
MultiPurpose Stadium, as said funds are generated and needed for Project Costs,
contingent upon: (1) City Council’s approval of the location of the Stadium within the
Downtown/Maps Project Plan Area; and (2) approval of the Minor Amendment to
Section X(A)(1) of the Amended and Restated Downtown/MAPS Economic
Development Project Plan March 2023 (“Project Plan”) by the Oklahoma City
Economic Development Trust.
C. Resolution of the Downtown/MAPS Increment District Review Committee
recommending approval of an Allocation to the City of Oklahoma City in an
amount not to exceed $1,000,000 from the TIF 8 Increment Fund’s Other
Public Development Costs Budget Category, for Project Costs associated with
improvements at the Cityowned Myriad Gardens Crystal Bridge, contingent upon
approval of the Minor Amendment to Section X(A)(3) of the Amended and
Restated Downtown/Maps Economic Development Project Plan March 2023
(Project Plan) by the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust.
