The following agenda items may include actions, approvals, disapprovals and voting as desired by the Trustees of the Oklahoma City Industrial & Cultural Facilities Trust (“Trust”): 811 Call to Order. 812 Consider and Approve Minutes of Special Meeting held Wednesday, February 28, 2024. 813 Report and Receive Quarterly Financial Statements for the Oklahoma City Industrial & Cultural Facilities Trust for period(s) ended June 30, 2024. 814 Consider and Approve the Trust’s 2024-2025 Budget with the increase in the Annual Service Fee to $32,000, effective July 1, 2024. 815 Consider and Approve Public Records Fee Schedule. 816 Enter into Executive Session as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307(B)(3) to discuss the purchase of real property by the Trust for the acquisition and creation of one or more Economic Development Mega Sites. 817 Consider and Approve a Resolution authorizing the General Manager to enter into contracts and lease agreements and take all actions necessary to maintain and operate property acquired for one or more Economic Development Mega Sites, including but not limited to matters involving oil and gas operations and the plugging of wells, and is authorized to make expenditures in furtherance thereof. 818 Acknowledge and accept the receipt of an additional $1,000,000 of City of Oklahoma City/Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust funds for use consistent with the December 2023 Joint Mega Site Resolution of The City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, and Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust. 819 Consider and Approve a Joint Resolution of The City of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, and the Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust (“OCICFT”) transferring additional funds in an amount up to $7,000,000 in General Obligation Limited Tax (“GOLT”) bond funds to OCICFT for the purpose of acquiring and creating one or more Economic Development Mega Sites consistent with the December 2023 Mega Site Resolution. 820 Report from General Manager. 821 Adjournment. 8.14.24 – 3.1
