The City of OKLAHOMA CITY Judiciary Committee Special Meeting Agenda November 08, 2022 11:30 am City Council Executive Conference Room 200 N. Walker, 3rd Floor Judiciary Committee Members David Greenwell, Ward 5 JoBeth Hamon, Ward 6 Nikki Nice, Ward 7 Mark Stonecipher, Ward 8 The following guidelines are in place for meetings of the Judiciary Committee in City Hall: Only the south entrance to City Hall will be open; Hand sanitizer machines and disposable face masks will be available. It is the policy of The City of Oklahoma City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this meeting should call (405) 297­2673 or TDD (405) 297­1710 at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends or holidays). The department will give primary consideration to the choice of auxiliary aid or service requested by the individual with disability before the scheduled meeting. Committee Actions Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The Committee may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Committee may refer the matter to staff or the Deputy Municipal Counselor. The Committee may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or to a board or commission for additional study. (2021 Supp.) 307(B)(1) to discuss the employment performance of the Municipal Judges. IV. Discuss and/or recommend to Council an extension/expansion of the Penalty Reduction Program. commission for additional study.
