Committee Actions Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The Committee may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Committee may refer the matter to staff or the Deputy Municipal Counselor. The Committee may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or to a board or commission for additional study. Discussion and/or recommendations for the Council concerning candidates to be considered for two vacant Municipal Judge appointments. One position will serve a term until June 30, 2026, and the second position will serve a term until June 30, 2027; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2022 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to interview candidates and/or discuss the recommendations for the Council concerning candidates to be considered for two vacant Municipal Judge appointments.
