Discuss and/or recommend to Council the candidate to be considered for the Municipal Judge appointment, term ending June 30, 2027. and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the recommendation to Council the candidate to be considered for the Municipal Judge appointment, term ending June 30, 2027. III. Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment performance of the Municipal Judges. IV. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Donald O. Kiffin as Municipal Judge for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Donald O. Kiffin. V. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Gunner Briscoe as Municipal Judge for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Gunner Briscoe. VI. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Presiding Judge for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment of the Municipal Judges. VII. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Vice Presiding Judge for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment of the Municipal Judges. VIII. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of the following as Special Municipal Judges for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026: Jeffrey Black Claudia Conner Larry C. Hazelwood Gary Henry and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the appointment of the Special Municipal Judges. IX. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of the following as Special Municipal Judges to serve until the completion of the current two year term that began July 1, 2024: Christopher S. Kelly Lauryn C. Mayo David T. McKenzie and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the appointment of the Special Municipal Judges. X.
