The Committee may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or to a board or commission for additional study. Approval of the minutes of the April 7, 2026, Judiciary Committee Special Meeting. III. Discuss the 2025 Judicial Survey; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the performance of Municipal Judges and Special Municipal Judges. IV. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Donald O. Kiffin as Municipal Judge for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Donald O. Kiffin. V. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Gunner Briscoe as Municipal Judge for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Gunner Briscoe. VI. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Presiding Judge for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2025 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment of the Municipal Judges. VII. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Vice Presiding Judge for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.
