“Permanent Membership”. This is for organizations that are either City, County, or State, or Federal
agencies. The permanent organizations will be removed from the regular rolls. This class will then be able
to send a representative of their organization to the meeting should the appointed member not be
available. The Chairperson may add/remove organizations at their discretion.
