Comments shall be limited to Lori Wathen – Secretary three (3) minutes, and citizens must sign in at least five (5) Liz Scheffe – Treasurer minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Citizens Tabitha Pope– who are not committee members are not permitted to Parliamentarian participate in the regular meeting discussion.
