Adjournment “NO OFFICIAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN” Directions: The meeting will be held inside Will Rogers World Airport, 7100 Terminal Drive, 3rd Floor Administration Offices, please park in the hourly parking, and proceed through the airport to the upper level where the ticket counters are located. On the upper level (ticket counter level) you will proceed towards the American Airlines ticket counter area and directly behind their office is an elevator that will take you directly to the Administration offices located on the third floor. The Receptionist will provide a validation ticket and escort you to the meeting location.
