Walker ● 3rd Floor ● Council Chamber INFORMATION ABOUT OCPEB TRUST MEETINGS The Oklahoma City Post­Employment Benefits Trust (OCPEBT) generally meets as needed in the Council Chamber at City Hall unless prior notice of a change is posted. To confirm meeting dates, call (405) 297­2225. It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service in order to participate in this meeting should contact the ADA department coordinator at 297­2225 or TDD 297­2020 as soon as possible but not later than 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) before the scheduled meeting. The department will give primary consideration to the choice of auxiliary aid or service requested by the individual with disability. If you need an alternate format of the agenda or any information provided at said meeting, please contact the ADA department coordinator listed above 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Addressing the Trust Interested Parties may address the Trust during public hearings on any matter on the agenda. Interested Parties may also address the Trust on individual concerns at the end of the agenda when the Chairman asks if there are any comments by interested parties. If you know in advance that you wish to address the Trust, you may call 297­2225 and provide your name and the subject about which you wish to speak. Trust Actions Official action can be taken only on items that appear on the agenda. The Trust may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Trust may refer items to the staff or Legal Counsel. Amendment to Administrative Service Agreement with The City of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority and Dearborn National Life Insurance Company to provide group life insurance plans for eligible employees and retirees, and eligible employees and retirees of participating public trusts, and eligible dependents, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. B. Concurrence with The City of Oklahoma City approving Amendment No. 2 to Joint Master Service Agreement with Premise Health Employer Solutions, LLC, to add eligibility to individuals who receive a conditional job offer to receive certain examinations and tests, as deemed necessary for employment purposes based on requirements of the State of Oklahoma and/or public safety pension system, estimated cost $10,000, effective October 11, 2022. C. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority renewing Administrative Services Agreement with UnitedHealthcare of Oklahoma, Inc., with the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority and Oklahoma City Post­Employment Benefits Trust, as the entities contracting with UnitedHealthcare of Oklahoma, Inc., on behalf of The City of Oklahoma City, to provide major medical health maintenance organization for eligible employees and retirees, and eligible employees and retirees of participating public trusts, and a Medicare Advantage plan for eligible retirees of The City of Oklahoma City and participating public trusts, subject to annual fiscal appropriation by the Council for The City of Oklahoma City, estimated cost $62,212,798, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. D. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority renewing Administrative Services Agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, a Division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, the public trusts, subject to annual fiscal appropriation by the Council for The City of Oklahoma City, estimated cost $62,212,798, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. D. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority renewing Administrative Services Agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, a Division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority, as the public entity contracting with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, on behalf of The City of Oklahoma City, to provide dental care insurance for eligible employees and retirees, and eligible employees and retirees of participating public trusts, subject to annual fiscal appropriation by the Council for The City of Oklahoma City, estimated cost $3,450,000 effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. E. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municiapl Facilities Authority renewing a Master Service Agreement with Premise Health Employer Solutions, LLC, to provide an employee medical center program for eligible employees and retirees, and eligible employees and retirees of participating public trusts, and their eligible dependents, subject to annual fiscal appropriation by the Council for The City of Oklahoma City, estimated cost $1,594,132, effective January 22, 2023 through January 21, 2024. F. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority authorizing a change in the cost estimate for employee medical center services provided by Premise Health Employer Services, LLC, estimated cost increase of $400,000 to a total of $4,370,000, for the period ending December 31, 2022. G. Joint Resolution with The City of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority renewing Agreements with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma to provide Administrative Services for eligible employees, retirees and dependents enrolled in the insurance plan for The City and participating public trusts; to provide Stop Loss Insurance, and to provide Pharmacy Benefit Manager Services, subject to annual fiscal appropriation by the Council for The City of Oklahoma City; and authorizing the Oklahoma City­Post Employment Benefits Trust to be the conduit to process claims of eligible participating retirees and dependents; and authorizing the Mayor to sign necessary documents, estimated cost $34,500,000, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
