B Large Conference Room INFORMATION ABOUT THE OKLAHOMA CITY PREQUALIFICATION REVIEW BOARD MEETINGS The Oklahoma City Prequalification Review Board meets the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m., at EMBARK, 431 W. Main Street, Suite B in the Large Conference Room, unless prior notice of a change is posted. Parking is available at the Sheridan­Walker Parking Garage (501 West Sheridan). It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service in order to participate in this meeting should contact the Prequalification Manager at 297­2293 as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) before the scheduled meeting. The department will give primary consideration to the choice of auxiliary aid or service requested by the individual with disability. Citizens may address the Prequalification Review Board during public hearings on any matter, listed on the agenda. Citizens may also address the Prequalification Review Board on individual concerns at the end of the agenda when the Chairman announces "Comments from Board Members, Staff and Citizens." Citizens who wish to be listed on the agenda for comments to the Prequalification Review Board may call the Prequalification Manager at 297­2293 before 4 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the next Prequalification Review Board meeting. Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. Staff recommendations do not limit or define the potential actions of the Prequalification Review Board. The Prequalification Review Board may grant approval with or without conditions, remove conditions, deny, defer, strike, amend, refer to staff, include limitations, suspend, revoke, or reinstate prequalification applications. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Prequalification Review Board may defer the matter to a future meeting. Under certain circumstances, items may be deferred to a specific later meeting date or be stricken from the agenda entirely. Consent Docket Items listed under "Consent Docket" are usually approved as a group with the proper motion from a member of the Prequalification Review Board. Members of the Prequalification Review Board may request discussion or separate action on any item on the Consent Docket.
