The Oklahoma City Prequalification Review Board meets the second Wednesday of the month at
8:30 a.m., at EMBARK, 431 W. Main Street, Suite B in the Large Conference Room, unless prior
notice of a change is posted. Parking is available at the Sheridan-Walker Parking Garage (501 West

It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the
public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability
who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or
service in order to participate in this meeting should contact the Prequalification Manager at 297-
2581 as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) before
the scheduled meeting. The department will give primary consideration to the choice of auxiliary
aid or service requested by the individual with disability. If you need an alternate format of the
agenda or any information provided at said meeting, please contact the ADA department
coordinator listed above 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Citizens may address the Prequalification Review Board during public hearings on any matter,
listed on the agenda. Citizens may also address the Prequalification Review Board on individual
concerns at the end of the agenda when the Chairman announces "Comments from Board
Members, Staff and Citizens."
Citizens who wish to be listed on the agenda for comments to the Prequalification Review Board
may call the Prequalification Manager at 297-2581 before 4 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the
next Prequalification Review Board meeting.
Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. Staff recommendations do
not limit or define the potential actions of the Prequalification Review Board. The Prequalification
Review Board may grant approval with or without conditions, remove conditions, deny, defer,
strike, amend, refer to staff, include limitations, suspend, revoke, or reinstate prequalification
applications.
When more information is needed to act on an item, the Prequalification Review Board may defer
the matter to a future meeting. Under certain circumstances, items may be deferred to a specific
later meeting date or be stricken from the agenda entirely.
Consent Docket
Items listed under "Consent Docket" are usually approved as a group with the proper motion from
a member of the Prequalification Review Board. Members of the Prequalification Review Board
may request discussion or separate action on any item on the Consent Docket. Citizens may request
