corner of Sheridan and Walker, immediately north of John Rex School). Parking tickets must be
validated by City staff before or after the meeting. Only the south entrance to City Hall will be open.

ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE
Citizens may address the Committee on agenda items by responding to Chair’s call for speakers
during discussion on each item. All comments must be relevant to the item. The Chair or presiding
officer may in his or her discretion prohibit a person from addressing the Committee and/or remove
that person from the Council Chambers, if that person commits any disorderly or disruptive behavior.
Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: speaking without being
recognized by the Chair or presiding officer; continuing to speak after notice that the speaker’s
allotted time has expired; presenting comments or material not relevant to the item under discussion;
failing to comply with the lawful instructions of the Chair or presiding officer; engaging in other
conduct, activity or speech that delays, pursuant to 21 O.S. §280, disruptive conduct includes any
conduct that is “violent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or that jeopardizes the safety of self or others”.
A person may also be subject to arrest and removal from the Municipal Building for violation of
Oklahoma City Municipal Code 2020, §3081 Disorderly conduct and/or violation of Okla. Stat. tit.
21, §280 – Willfully Disturbing, Interfering With or Disrupting State Business, Agency Operations or
Employees. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
COMMITTEE ACTIONS
Official Action can only be taken on items which appear on the Agenda. The Riverfront Design
Committee may adopt, approve, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike or continue any Agenda
item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Riverfront Design Committee may refer
the matter to Planning Department staff. All items are either approved, denied, continued to a specific
later date, or stricken from the Agenda entirely.

A. SRCA2300014 at 1125 Exchange Ave (Farmers Market). Application by Jeff
Burchell, Rebel Sign Company LLC, for Josh Livingston, 1125 Exchange LLC, to:
1. Paint unpainted brick; 2. Paint brick, including painting over sign (previously
painted); 3. Remove sign on east façade; 4. Install sign on east façade; and 5.
Install 2 signs on north façade.

an application by David M Box, WBFB, for Fred Mazaheri, Lumberyard
Development LLC, to provide a recommendation to the Board of Adjustment
regarding variances from parking lot regulations.
B. PUD01922 at 3500 SW 15th St (Meridian Gateway). Consideration and
possible action on an application by Mark W Zitzow, Johnson & Associates for
the Oklahoma City Housing Authority and TSSO Land Development LLC
regarding a request to rezone from R1 Single – Family Residential District and R
4 General Residential District to a Planned Unit Development that would be
developed in accordance with the C3 Community Commercial District regulations
for commercial uses and the R4 General Residential District regulations for
residential uses.

façade in salvaged brick, with brick columns with cast stone caps at the north
and south edges and between windows; b. Install metal awnings with metal
supports on west/Robinson façade; c. Install door with sidelights on the
west/Robinson façade; d. Install windows in revised openings; e. Revise the
north/NW 10th façade to have brick columns with cast stone caps at the east

signs with previous name and install new building mounted sign of LED Lit
Channel letters; and 2. Remove letters off of existing pole mounted sign and
install new LED Lit Channel letters.
3. SRCA2300017 at 500 SE 15th St (Regatta District) Application by Jeff
Burchell, Rebel Sign Company, LLC, for Katy Leffel, Skyline Urban
Ministry, to: Install attached nonlit wall sign on north facade.
